Dieter Hellmoldt is an attorney licensed to practice law in the State of California and admitted to practice before the United States Patent and Trademark office. Mr. Hellmoldt has extensive litigation experience, appearing in both California State and Federal Courts. In addition, Mr. Hellmoldt has prosecuted patent applications in the U.S. Patent Office, Europe, and Asia.
Mr. Hellmoldt has over 11 years experience with some of the leading law firms in the United States and Germany, and has represented clients in a number of Federal jurisdictions, including the Northern District of California, the Central District of California, Delaware, New Jersey, Eastern District of Tennessee, the Western District of Wisconsin, the Northern District of Texas, and the Eastern District of Texas. Mr. Hellmoldt has also represented clients in California State Court, in disputes involving contracts, consumer class action, and trade secrets.
Mr. Hellmoldt has Bachelor’s and Master’s Degrees in Chemistry, and received his law degree from the University of California, Hastings College of the Law.
